We buy whole Lambs from Suffolk farms and butcher them into a range of joints and products.
For slow roasting we recommend Shoulder, Shanks or Leg of Lamb, and for faster roasting Leg, Saddle, Rack or Rump of Lamb.
We also stock faster cooking cuts like Chops, Lamb Steaks, Neck Fillets, Noisettes and Cutlets.
For special occasions we can make easy to cook Lamb products like boneless Saddle with Moroccan style stuffing (minced Lamb, pine nuts, apricots and warm spices), or a Crown of Lamb for a visually stunning table centre piece.
